Health Exchange of Arizona has been repeatedly selected as a preferred provider of temporary nursing staff to many of the leading hospitals and long-term care facilities in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. 

Since its establishment in 1991, Health Exchange of Arizona has given their facility clients the special attention that is needed for the continuity of care that their patients require. 

Health Exchange of Arizona is most interested in providing the highest quality of nursing care. To this end, we have established a wide-ranging program called Staff Quality Control (SQC), which consists of a comprehensive set of hiring evaluation, orientation and continuing education procedures. We offer numerous progressive policies relating to scheduling, recruitment and employee retention. Health Exchange of Arizona does not employ independent contractors. For the benefit of consistency and control, we prefer to hire and provide personnel directly. Health Exchange of Arizona pays for the malpractice and workers' compensation packages as well as bonding all our personnel.
