REQUIREMENTS:
- One-Year of Experience
- Verifiable License
- CPR Certified
- Fingerprint Clearance
- Three (3) Professional References
- Criminal Background Check
- Annual TB Screening/Immunization Records
- Physical and Drug screen (paid for by Health Exchange)
